Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or other locations outside of the continental US? A. YES! We ship to all 50 states AND Canada. If you need an item shipped to another country, email us and we will get you a shipping quote. Customs fees may apply to Canada shipments. Q. I placed my order, when should I expect my item(s)? A. Installation Q. How hard is it to install your products? Can I install them myself? A. This depends on your skill level and ability to dissassemble and reassemble various engine parts. Items such as high-flow intakes and spark plug wires can be install by most beginners in about an hour. Professional installation is recommended for our engine components, including throttle bodies, intake manifolds, & cylinder heads. We also recommend professional installation for our exhaust systems. Remember: It's your decision! If you are uncomfortable with installation, we recommend that you seek professional installation. This can give you the peace of mind in knowing that the install was done properly. Other FAQ's Q. How much horsepower can I expect to gain from your products? A. This depends greatly on your vehicle and any existing modifications. Q. Do you offer warranty service or refunds on your products? A. If you receive a defective item, contact us immediately and we will replace it at NO CHARGE to you. EMAIL US for questions about warranty issues and be sure to include the item you are asking about. We do insure our shipments and any shipping damage will be dealt with by us. If you receive an item that was damaged during shipment, you MUST report it to us within 24 hours of delivery.
